West Petrol Group LLC original refinery was built in 1946 to refine crude oil from the kazakhstan area primarily into asphalt products. From these humble beginnings, the company has grown significantly in breadth and capability and is now a much more complex refiner. Like other business units in the kazakhstan family of companies, West Petrol Group LLC is seen as a premier employer and takes great pride in a loyal, committed and skilled workforce with a rich heritage of honesty and integrity.

West Petrol Group LLC has been serving the southeastern Russia for 5 years. We are family-owned with strong relationships between the owners and employees. Over these past 5 years, we have grown from a regional asphalt producer using locally produced crude oils to a complex refiner processing international and domestic crude oils. We supply diesel, gasoline and asphalt products to our customers. Our growth has been due to the common purpose that our owners and employees have—to be the best in our business for all of our stakeholders and to the communities and environments in which we operate.
